Eligibility to Return or Exchange
- We accept returns and exchanges for all products, whether defective or not, provided they are returned in “new or lightly-used” condition (no scratches, no signs of wear, complete original packaging, all tags and protective films attached).
- Items damaged through misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom-engraved or otherwise personalize watches cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
Return Window
- Standard period: 30 calendar days from the date you (or the person who signed for the parcel) received the watch.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@bagsdubai.com or call/WhatsApp +971 9-334-7565-9787 within the return-window and provide order number, model reference, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, prepaid DHL/FedEx label for defective items, or shipping instructions if the item is non-defective.
- Pack the watch securely in its original box with all accessories and place the RMA number on the outer carton.

Exchanges
- You may request an exchange for a different color or model of equal value within the same 30-day window.
- We ship the replacement within 1 business day of receiving and inspecting your original watch.
Refunds
- Once your return passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days and you will receive a confirmation email.
- Shipping fees paid on the original order are refunded only if the watch is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- No restocking fee is charged.
Warranty Service (Separate from Returns)
All watches carry a 24-month mechanical warranty. Repairs under warranty follow the instructions in our Warranty section; shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility unless the defect appears within the first 30 days.
Condition Guidelines
Returned watches must be:
- Unworn or lightly tried-on indoors only.
- Free of scratches, dents, stains, or smells.
- Complete with original presentation box, outer carton, tags, stickers, user manual, and any links removed during sizing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Strap sizing or bracelet link removal fees.
- Gift cards.
- Watches showing signs of water damage, impact, or unauthorised modification.
