Eligibility to Return or Exchange

Return Window

  • Standard period: 30 calendar days from the date you (or the person who signed for the parcel) received the watch.
  • Return method:Pick-up (DHL/FedEx)
    • Label provided by:DubaiWatcheHub (defective/non-defective)
    • Cost to customer:Free
    • Notes:Schedule via link in WhatsApp/email.
  • Return method:Drop-off (DHL/FedEx)
    • Label provided by:Customer (change-of-mind)
    • Cost to customer:Local Bike delivery services (e.g., Porter):These can be very affordable, with rates starting from AED 9 for small parcels. 
    • Notes:Use a tracked service and share a tracking number.
  • Return method : In-store return
    • Label provided by:Customer (change-of-mind)
    • Cost to customer: Free

Exchanges

Refunds

  • Once your return passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are refunded only if the watch is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
  • No restocking fee is charged.

All watches carry a 24-month mechanical warranty. Repairs under warranty follow the instructions in our Warranty section; shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility unless the defect appears within the first 30 days.
